Event | FAKUMA 2023
Our partners from FRAUNHOFER participated in the FAKUMA 2023 , held from the 17th through the 21st of October, 2023. The 28th Fakuma international trade fair for plastics processing was a tremendous success, boasting 1636 exhibitors across twelve exhibition halls.
The event focused on digitalization, automation, flexibility, energy-efficiency, and sustainability, underlining the industry's commitment to addressing current challenges.
Particularly noteworthy was the emphasis on plastics degradability and recyclability, with exhibitors presenting a wealth of innovations spanning 85,000 square meters of exhibition space.
